  The SMC series represents actively integrated modular charging sockets developed for vehicle domain control architectures, primarily supporting complete vehicle matching for new energy passenger and commercial vehicles. Adopting a standard modular design, the product features a housing made of flame-retardant engineering plastics and a convenient quick-plug connection structure. Built-in CCU charging control unit delivers core strengths including high-current power transmission, compatibility with automated mass production, highly integrated signal processing and robust environmental adaptability. Optional functions such as high-voltage interlock, remote firmware upgrade and multi-colour status indicator lights are available. Customisable panel modules can be provided to accommodate installation requirements across multiple vehicle platforms and models for automakers.

  产品完成从传统无源架构到新一代有源架构的颠覆性升级,彻底重构充电座信号与控制体系。相较传统充电座27~37根信号线缆的复杂配置,SMC系列将信号线缆精简至6根,仅占用整车4个IO端口(2路CAN)。同时取消AC电机锁、舱门、LED模块全部外接控制线束,各功能模块通过板对板方式与充电座直连,大幅简化整车布线结构,降低线路故障风险。

  The product achieves disruptive upgrading from the conventional passive architecture to a new-generation active architecture, thoroughly restructuring the signal and control system of charging sockets. Compared with traditional charging sockets that require complex wiring consisting of 27 to 37 signal cables, the SMC series cuts the number of signal cables down to merely 6, occupying only 4 vehicle IO ports (2 CAN channels). Meanwhile, all external control wiring for the AC motor lock, charging hatch and LED modules is eliminated. Each functional module is directly connected to the charging socket via board-to-board connections, greatly simplifying vehicle wiring layout and reducing risks of circuit failures.

  物料降本:取消DC/AC信号线、电机锁/舱门/LED控制线、多组连接器、独立PE地线、线束固定钣金扎带等20余项冗余零件;

  High-reliability Safety Protection for Full-scenario Fast Charging

  实时监测CC/CP/CC1/CC2信号、端子超温、高压互锁异常,主动上报故障代码,严重故障可触发充电急停;气密、防潮、阻燃、高低温耐久全套严苛测试,可覆盖严寒、高温高湿、户外等用车场景。

  Real-time monitoring is implemented for CC/CP/CC1/CC2 signals, terminal overheating and high-voltage interlock anomalies. Fault codes are actively reported, and charging emergency stop can be triggered in case of severe faults.The product has passed a full set of stringent tests including air tightness, moisture resistance, flame retardancy and high-low temperature durability, adapting to vehicle operating scenarios such as frigid environments, high temperature and humidity, and outdoor conditions.
