近日,湖南省科学技术奖励大会在长沙举行,现场2024-2025年度湖南省科学技术奖正式揭晓。威胜信息主导“千万千瓦级分布式资源通感融合分层调控关键技术及应用”项目,荣获湖南省科学技术进步奖一等奖。

该项目突破了三大技术瓶颈:①首创配用电高速载波与高速无线双模通信高效互动技术,研制国家首批高性能低功耗双模通信SoC芯片;②发明电气量-通信量融合的台区边缘全息高频感知技术,构建双模“高频感知-边缘处理-主动上报”垂直双向交互体系;③研发台区自治-协同互济-聚合保供调控技术与装备,研制国家首款CPA认证通感控融合装置。通感融合分层调控技术实现千万千瓦级分布式资源高可靠、低成本协同支撑电网保供电。

The Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award Ceremony was recently held in Changsha, unveiling the winners of the 2024–2025 Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Awards. Willfar Information won the First Prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award for its project titled Key Technologies and Application of Layered Regulation Based on Communication-Sensing Integration for Ten-Million-Kilowatt Distributed Resources.
Large-scale, high-density connection of new distributed energy resources including distributed photovoltaics, energy storage and charging piles to distribution grids has given rise to mounting management and control challenges brought by massive scattered resources. The industry has long been plagued by three major hurdles: inaccessible communication, insufficient monitoring and uncontrollable distributed resources, which greatly hinder stable grid operation and efficient consumption of renewable energy. To address this industrial bottleneck, Willfar’s R&D team targeted the essential demand for reliable power supply. After ten years of persistent research and technical tackling, the team focused on technological upgrades covering the whole chain of power distribution communication, sensing and regulation. It achieved systematic breakthroughs in multiple core technical barriers and developed an integrated technology system and complete solution for communication-sensing integrated layered regulation applicable to ten-million-kilowatt distributed resources.
The project overcomes three major technical obstacles:1.Pioneering efficient interaction technology combining high-speed power line carrier and high-speed wireless dual-mode communication for power distribution and consumption, and developing one of China’s first high-performance, low-power dual-mode communication SoC chips.2.Creating holographic high-frequency edge sensing technology for transformer areas integrating electrical and communication data, and establishing a vertical bidirectional interaction framework featuring dual-mode high-frequency sensing, edge computing and active data reporting.3.Developing technologies and equipment supporting autonomous management, coordinated complementation and aggregated power guarantee for transformer areas, and rolling out China’s first communication-sensing-control integrated device certified under CPA standards.The communication-sensing integrated layered regulation technology enables reliable, low-cost coordination of ten-million-kilowatt distributed resources to safeguard grid power supply.
