近日,湖南省工业和信息化厅正式发布《湖南省“数字新基建”100个标志性项目名单(2026年)》,威胜信息“基于智能融合终端的低压配电网数字化建设项目”成功入选省级数字新基建标志性项目名录。
该项目面向新型电力系统建设需求,围绕低压配电台区数字化、智能化转型,研发并部署国产化智能融合终端设备。该终端采用“硬件平台化、软件APP化”设计,支持双4G通信、边缘计算、拓扑自动识别、新能源并网控制、有序充电管理、线损精益管理等功能。项目将实现智能融合终端与智能断路器、分支监测模块、光伏开关、有序充电单元等设备的协同联动,构建透明台区与低压物联系统,支撑源网荷储协同互动。项目同时推进电鸿操作系统的适配与应用,提升终端自主可控能力。
此次成功入选湖南省数字新基建百大标志性项目,不仅彰显了公司在配网数字化领域的行业领先优势,更将为湖南省电力数字产业链升级、新型电力系统建设提供优质示范样本,带动省内智能传感、电力通信、边缘算力等上下游产业协同发展。

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province officially released the List of 100 Landmark Projects for Hunan’s New Digital Infrastructure (2026). Willfar Information’s Digital Construction Project for Low-Voltage Distribution Networks Based on Integrated Intelligent Terminals has been selected into the provincial landmark project catalogue for new digital infrastructure.
Developed to meet the construction demands of new power systems and drive the digital and intelligent transformation of low-voltage distribution areas, this project involves the R&D and deployment of domestically produced integrated intelligent terminals. Adopting a hardware-platformized and software-APP-based design, the terminals support dual 4G communication, edge computing, automatic topology identification, grid-connected new energy control, orderly charging management, refined line loss management and other functions. The project enables coordinated linkage between integrated intelligent terminals and smart circuit breakers, branch monitoring modules, photovoltaic switches, orderly charging units and other equipment, building transparent distribution areas and low-voltage IoT systems to support coordinated interaction among sources, grids, loads and energy storage. It also promotes the adaptation and application of the Dianhong operating system to enhance the independent controllability of terminals.
