2026年8月22日，重庆博腾制药科技股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）宣布增聘尹云星先生为公司高级管理人员，出任副总经理，全面负责公司小分子新药研发中心管理工作。
尹云星先生在制药行业有二十余年工作经历，在快速合成、发现工艺化学和早期工艺研发领域拥有丰富的经验以及团队组建和管理能力。加入公司前，尹云星先生曾就职于上海药明康德新药开发有限公司、天津药明康德新药开发有限公司等，历任助理研究、主任、副总裁等职务。

Porton Appoints Yunxing Yin as Corporate Vice President to Strengthen Small-Molecule R&D Leadership
August 22, 2026 — Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd.(Porton) announced the appointment of Mr. Yunxing Yin to its senior management team as Corporate Vice President. In this role, he will oversee the strategic and operational management of the Small?Molecule R&D Platform of Porton.
With more than 20 years of specialized experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Yunxing possesses extensive expertise in rapid synthesis, discovery process chemistry and early-phase process development, alongside proven capabilities in team building and operational management. Prior to joining Porton, Yunxing held successive roles including Research Associate, Director and Vice President at WuXi AppTec.
